Thursday, 11.08.2012 / 1:46 PM Washington Capitals

Filip Forsberg ended his three game scoreless streak with an assist on the game-winning goal in a 5-3 win against Troja on Nov. 1. He followed that up with another assist in an overtime loss to Sodertalje on Nov. 4. The pair of helpers brings his assist total for the season to seven, and he remains tied for the most goals (seven) on Leksand. He leads the league in goals, assists and points among players aged 18 and younger. Forsberg looks to continue his point streak with games against Mora and Oskarshamn next week (Nov. 13-14).

Tom Wilson did not play again this week as he is still dealing with a hand injury suffered Oct. 19 at Kingston. Despite having missed nine games this season, he remains tied for the team lead in assists (eight) on Plymouth. If Wilson is able to play this coming week, he would rejoin Plymouth in games against Windsor and London this Friday and Saturday (Nov. 9-10) and Saginaw next Wednesday (Nov. 14).
