ARLINGTON, Va. – The Washington Capitals will host the fourth annual Capitals Convention presented by GEICO on Saturday, September 21 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
Tickets will go on sale Monday, March 11 at 10 a.m. to season ticket holders and on Tuesday, March 12 to the general public at WashingtonCaps.com. Adult autograph tickets are $40 through May 31, with pricing increasing to $45 on June 1. Youth tickets for ages 14 and younger are $25, and non-autograph tickets are $30. There are a limited number of “Golden Tickets” available to purchase for $650, which guarantees all player autographs and access to a special fast-pass autograph line, priority seating for panel discussions and access to a VIP room.
The Capitals Convention is a day-long interactive and informational celebration of the Capitals that has attracted sold-out crowds of more than 6,500 people in previous years. The event features the entire roster of current players and a number of alumni in interactive hockey experiences, panel sessions and hockey displays.
The all-day event will open at 9 a.m. for season ticket holders on Sept. 21 and conclude at 7 p.m. Admission to the general public begins at 10 a.m.
