Capitals Announce 2012 Stanley Cup Quarterfinal Broadcast Information

ARLINGTON, VA. – The National Hockey League announced today the 2012 Stanley Cup Conference Quarterfinal round broadcast information between the Washington Capitals and the Boston Bruins, which begins Thursday, April 12. Games 1, 3 and 4 will be broadcast on Comcast SportsNet in the Washington/Baltimore area while Games 2 and 5 will be broadcast nationally on NBC.

Comcast SportsNet will produce Capitals Postgame Live following every Caps playoff game through all rounds, regardless of network carrying the game. Comcast will also present Capitals Central before every first-round game that is scheduled on Comcast SportsNet.

The following is the complete Capitals playoff broadcast schedule in the Washington/Baltimore area for round one of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series versus the Boston Bruins:

The Capitals will practice on Monday (10:30 a.m.), Tuesday (10:30 a.m.) and Wednesday (10:30 a.m.) at Kettler Capitals Iceplex before heading to Boston to face the Bruins in Game 1 of the 2012 Stanley Cup Quarterfinal round on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at TD Garden.
