This year all voting for the 2009 NHL All-Star Game is entirely digital. Fans will be able to vote online at Vote.NHL.com and via text message using any wireless carrier. Voting is between November 12, 2008- January 2, 2009Vote for these Caps on the Official Ballot:
Defensemen: Mike Green (first time on ballot)
Forwards: Alex Ovechkin, Alexander Semin (first time on ballot)
