Practice sessions are open to the public and free of charge, except those held at Verizon Center, which are closed to the public (but open to the media in their entirety). Media attending practices at the Verizon Center are encouraged to alert the Capitals media relations staff in advance to ensure access to the facility.
Morning skates are optional for players.
