Season-Ticket Holder Advisory Board
The Washington Capitals Season-Ticket Holder Advisory Board will be made up of a diverse committee of full season-ticket holders who will offer their experience, opinions, and time to help improve the overall fan experience of Caps hockey. Advisory Board members will be selected by the Washington Capitals through an application process for season-ticket holders. All members will attend monthly meetings which will allow members to share their ideas and assist in their implementation. The Washington Capitals are dedicated to our fans and the board will be integral in helping us maximize our customer service.
Goals and Responsibilities
The Washington Capitals Season-Ticket Holder Advisory Board will provide the Caps front office personnel a better understanding of the various needs and wants of both full season-ticket holders and our entire fan base. The board’s insights will help us improve the quality of service and entertainment at our games, and will help shape the creation of new programs to enhance the full season-ticket holder experience.
Advisory board members for 2012-13 will be announced once final selections have been made. Thank you to everyone who has applied.
