Does everyone need a pass to enter the Convention?
Children ages 2 and under do not need a pass but will not receive current player autographs

When will Convention passes be mailed?
Convention passes will be shipped out in early September

What's the best way to get to the Convention Center?
There is metered parking on the street. There are also parking garages located in the vicinity of the Convention Center. You can also take the Metro to the Mt. Vernon Square/7th Street Convention Center stop on the Yellow Line. Click here for more Metro information on WMATA.com.

What does my ticket get me?
Autograph Tickets: Guarantee 2 autographs from 2011-2012 team, access to all interactives, displays, breakout sessions, alumni autographs and all activities taking place at the convention
Non-Autograph Tickets: Access to all interactives, displays, breakout sessions, alumni autographs and all activities taking place at the convention

Can I bring my camera and/or video camera?
Yes, but please be aware there will be some areas where cameras are prohibited.

What is the process for autographs and will I be able to select the players I want to get an autograph from?
You will be able to request a timeslot when you arrive at the convention (every attempt to accommodate your request will be made). We will not announce in advance what time players will be signing. You will be given a wristband to match up with your autograph session. You will be guaranteed two autographs during your designated timeslot.

Can I bring items for the players to autograph?
Yes, there will also be items you can purchase to have signed.

Will food be available?
There will be food concession stands open and handled through the Convention Center. There are also restaurants located around town within walking distance of the Convention Center.

How do I get access to the different panels?
All panels are open to everyone. Seating is on a first-come first-served basis.

What are the hours of the Convention?
The Convention is from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Season ticket holders can enter beginning at 9 a.m.
