2012-13 Capitals Season-Ticket Holder Loyalty Recognition Program
- Rookie: First Season (Planholder since 2012)
- First Line: 2 to 5 years of Loyalty (Planholder since date of 2008-2011)
- All-Star: 6 to 11 years of Loyalty (Planholder since date of 2002-2007)
- MVP: 12 to 24 years of Loyalty (Planholder since date of 1989-2001)
- Hall of Fame: 25 plus years of Loyalty (Planholder since date of 1988 or before)
To be classified in each group, the primary account holder must have had ownership of their season-ticket account for consecutive seasons. The Capitals will determine each planholder’s loyalty level by using the seat history information on their season-ticket account.
