Sign up for the 2012-13 Season for the Caps Kids Club. The registration form to become a member of the 2012-13 Caps Kids Club can be found by clicking the Sign Up Today button above. By completing this form you are registering your child or children for a one-year or two-year membership to the Caps Kids Club.
