Season Ticket Card Terms and Conditions

Washington Capitals tickets are a revocable license that may be withdrawn and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price at any time for any reason. You agree you will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket admits you. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial or trade purposes without the express written consent of the NHL and the Washington Capitals. This ticket may not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any Federal, State or local law or regulation. Failure to comply with the aforementioned will result in seizure or cancellation of this ticket without refund or other compensation.

By use of this ticket, you grant permission to the NHL, the Washington Capitals, the Verizon Center and their agents to utilize your image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, electronic or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (including parts thereof) in any medium or context for commercial or promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation.

This ticket will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged for any reason. Lost, Stolen, Counterfeit, incorrect event, or tickets obtained from sources other than the Washington Capitals will not be honored.

WARNING – DESPITE ENHANCED SPECTATOR SHIELDING MEASURES, PUCKS STILL MAY FLY INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA. SERIOUS INJURY CAN OCCUR. STAY ALERT AT ALL TIMES INCLUDING DURING WARMUPS AND AFTER PLAY STOPS. IF STRUCK IMMEDIATELY ASK USHER FOR DIRECTIONS TO THE NEAREST MEDICAL STATION.

THE HOLDER OF TICKET ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event including specifically (but not exclusively) THE DANGER OF PUCKS AND STICKS, OTHER SPECTATORS OR PLAYERS, OR BY THROWN OBJECTS. The holder agrees the arena, the league, its officers, players, employees and agents are expressly released by the holder from claims arising from such causes.

Event sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any protests, demonstrations or vigils of any nature on its premises during scheduled events. Violators will be prosecuted.

The priced printed on this ticket may not be the paid price.
