Payment in full: Made now via credit card or check payable to Washington Capitals
50% / 50% payment plan: Made now via credit card or check payable to Washington Capitals, second payment on August 15, 2013.
Monthly payment plan: 12 equal payments made via credit card, first payment made now, subsequent payments on the 15th of each month through March, 2014.

Renewal FAQ’s
I am an AUTO-RENEW account- do I need to do anything?
No, as an automatic-renewal account, you are automatically signed up for the 2013-14 season with our 12-month PowerPay payment plan, Pay as we Play for the playoffs, and your seats for the AHL Showcase. We will automatically charge your credit card on file for the first12-month PowerPay payment on the April 17, 2013 renewal deadline. Your second payment will be charged on May 15, 2013. If you need to change the credit card on file or no longer wish to purchase your AHL Showcase tickets, please contact Capitals Guest Services at 202.266.2350.?

My PowerPay plan does not finish until April 2013. Will I have to make two payments in April, one payment for my 2012-13 tickets and also start paying for my 2013-14 season tickets?
Yes. There will be some overlap in the payment plan process. If you are signed up for the 2012-13 PowerPay plan, your final payment is April 15, 2013. Once we receive your renewal and payment information for the 2013-14 tickets, we will charge your credit card for that first payment immediately. The second PowerPay date of the 2013-14 season will be May 15.

Can I use multiple cards for my PowerPay payments?
No, we need one consistent credit card for payments.

What happens if I miss a payment or my credit card is declined?
If a problem arises concerning your payment, you will be contacted by the Washington Capitals to provide a valid credit card. Your online account manager privileges will be suspended until the payment is made and your tickets may be blocked. If you are unable to arrange for regular monthly installments, you will be removed from PowerPay and will need to pay your remaining balance in full to avoid cancellation of your season tickets.
