YOUR MONUMENTAL MEMBERSHIP PASS

If you chose the Monumental Membership Pass as your option as a season ticket member, this will be the only thing you need for entry into each game. Your Monumental Membership Pass comes pre-loaded with all of your games for the upcoming season.


YOUR SEASON TICKET BOOKLETS


If you chose the Season Ticket Booklets as your option as a season ticket member, you will receive all of your printed tickets before the beginning of each season. You will also receive a Monumental Membership Benefits Card which you can use to access your season ticket member gifts.

Accessing Verizon Center

  • 1. At the Gate

    Seat Locator Tab
    After your Monumental Membership Pass or your Mobile Ticket QR code is scanned, you will then receive a separate seat locator tab for each of your seats. Use your Seat Locator Tab to access your seat location and redeem loaded ticket amounts at participating Verizon Center concession stands.

HOW TO USE DIGITAL TICKETING


Monumental Sports Account Manager


You have 24-hour access to managing your tickets online at Monumental Sports Account Manager. Simply log on using your account number/email and your password. Using Monumental Sports Account Manager, you can print tickets from your home or office, forward tickets to family/friends/clients, or sell them using Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange. Log on to Monumental Sports Account Manager to see all of your ticket management tools in one place. Monumental Sports Account Manager is also available to access on mobile devices via the official Washington Capitals app and your mobile browser. Through your mobile device you have access to view your tickets for entry to Verizon Center, as well as transferring them to family/friends/clients. If you don't know your password or need any assistance with the process, your dedicated Guest Services specialist can help answer all of your questions or handle requests.

Capitals, Wizards, and Mystics in one convenient location.

How to Use Mobile Ticketing



  1. Download the Official Washington Capitals app for your mobile device, through Google Play or the App Store.
  2. Access the Monumental Sports Account Manager by selecting the Account Manager Icon in the drop down menu.
  3. Log in to Account Manager using your account number or email address.
  4. Select the appropriate game.
  5. Select "View Your Tickets" from the drop down menu, and choose the seats you want to see.
  6. Mobile ticket QR codes will appear for the selected seats - present these to the Verizon Center Attendant to scan at the gate.
  7. Once, scanned, you will receive a seat locator tab for each of your scanned seats.

DIGITAL TICKETING FAQs

  1. HOW DO I USE MY DIGITAL SEASON TICKET CARD?
    Use your Monumental Membership Pass just like you would a normal ticket. Present your card to the attendant when you arrive at Verizon Center and they will swipe it or scan the barcode on the back. You will receive a seat locator tab with detailed seat information for each location on your account. You can then enter the building as normal with your guests. Please note all seats for the event you are attending will print once the card is swiped or scanned.

  2. I HAVE PRINTED SEASON TICKET BOOKLETS CAN I STILL MANAGE MY TICKETS ONLINE?
    Yes! All of our season ticket members have the ability to manage their tickets through Monumental Sports Account Manager. If you do choose to manage your tickets for an event, your original, printed ticket for that event will be deactivated.

  3. I HAVE PRINTED SEASON TICKET BOOKLETS, AND I RECEIVED A MONUMENTAL MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT CARD - WHAT IS IT?



    All season ticket members who chose season ticket booklets as their option will receive a Monumental Membership Benefit Card to access their season ticket member gifts. Simply present your card to the attendant at the gift redemption section, and you will receive your season ticket member gifts.

  4. I HAVE CONCESSION CREDIT HOW DO I ACCESS IT?
    Your concession credit is pre-loaded onto the barcode of your printed ticket or seat locator tab. Simply present your ticket or seat locator tab at participating concession stands to access your credit.

  5. WHAT IF I WANT TO GIVE TICKETS TO FRIENDS/FAMILY/CLIENTS AHEAD OF TIME?
    Your guests will require their own ticket to enter Verizon Center. Prior to the game you can forward their seats to them by logging on to your account at Monumental Sports Account Manager. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket at home within 72 hours of the event, store them on a credit card, or use their mobile phone to access them.

  6. IS THERE A COST TO FORWARD OR REPRINT A TICKET?
    No, it's free! Capitals full season-ticket members can forward and reprint their season tickets free of charge using Monumental Sports Account Manager.

  7. WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY CARD OR IT GETS STOLEN?
    If your Monumental Membership Pass is lost or gets stolen, please contact your guest services specialist immediately. Your card will be deactivated and will no longer be able to gain entry to Verizon Center. A replacement card will be re-issued for you to use the remainder of the season.

  8. I SPLIT TICKETS WITH MY PARTNERS. HOW DOES IT WORK IF I ONLY HAVE ONE CARD FOR ALL OF MY SEATS?
    You will be provided one Monumental Membership Pass that is valid for all seat locations on your account for all teams. Use ticket forwarding on Monumental Sports Account Manager to send your split partners their tickets.

  9. WHAT IF I WANT TO SELL MY TICKET?
    You can list your ticket for sale through NHL Ticket Exchange as normal. Once the system is made available, you can access NHL Ticket Exchange online via Monumental Sports Account Manager. Feel free to contact your guest services specialist with any questions regarding selling your tickets.

  10. WHAT IF I HAVE A TICKET FOR A PREMIUM SEATING AREA?
    Our premium seating areas include our VIP seats, Acela Ledge seats, and other select VIP sections. If you have seats in any of these areas, your printed ticket or seat locator tab will indicate you have access to these areas.

  11. CAN I ENTER THE VERIZON CENTER BY SHOWING MY TICKETS ON MY PHONE?
    Yes! Mobile ticketing is available. You can access Monumental Sports Account Manager via the browser on your smartphone, through (APP), or Passbook with an Apple iPhone to view your tickets. Each mobile ticket will display with a Square QR code which can be scanned for entry into Verizon Center. Please note PDF tickets on your phone are unable to be scanned.

  12. CAN I ALSO ACCESS MY WIZARDS OR MYSTICS TICKETS ONLINE?
    New for this season, using Monumental Sports Account Manager you can access your tickets for all three teams in one convenient location. Monumental Sports Account Manager is your central location for all Monumental Sports tickets!

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDES

TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS


  1. Select "Manage My Tickets."
  2. Select the appropriate game.
  3. Click on "Transfer Tickets" on the top bar.
  4. Select the appropriate game.
  5. Choose the seats you want to transfer.
  6. The Tickets you've selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats, or continute the process of transferring your tickets.
  7. Enter your recipient's information, and click "Add". Your recipient is now stored in your contacts, and you can select them form Ticket Transfer.
  8. Confirm all of your ticket transfer details and click "Complete Transfer."
You will receive an email confirming that you have successfully transferred your tickets. Please note: you are unable to have tickets you have transferred sent back to your account after the recipient has accepted the offer.

 

PRINT YOUR TICKETS


(AVAILABLE STARTING 72 HOURS PRIOR TO GAMETIME)

  1. Select "Manage My Tickets".
  2. Select the appropriate game.
  3. Click on "Print-at-Home" on the top bar.
  4. Choose the seats you want to print.
  5. The tickets you've selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats, or continue the process of printing your tickets.
  6. Your tickets will now open as PDF to either be printed immediately, or saved for later printing.
  7. Once, scanned, you will receive a seat locator tab for each of your scanned seats.
You will receive an email confirming that you have printed your tickets.

 

MOVE YOUR TICKETS TO A CARD


  1. Select “Manage My Tickets”.
  2. Select the appropriate game.
  3. Click on "Move to Card" on the top bar.
  4. Choose the seats you want to transfer to paperless.
  5. The tickets you've selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats to continue the process of transferring your tickets to a card.
  6. Choose to send your tickets to a single card or multiple cards.
  7. Use either an existing credit card, or enter a new credit card to utilize.
  8. Click the "complete transfer" button to finish transferring your tickets to your card.
  9. You will receive an email confirming that you have transferred your tickets to your card.

ACCEPTING A TRANSFERRED TICKET


  1. Select "Click Here to Accept Tickets" in the transfer offer email.
  2. Create an Account or Login to Monumental Sports Account Manager.
  3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select the "Accept" button and then select the "Complete Transfer" button to claim your tickets.
  5. Select the "View Event" button.
  6. Choose the event for the tickets you want to manage.
  7. Select "Manage my Tickets" to choose your delivery method (print-at-home, view via mobile, or move tickets to a card).
You will receive an email confirming the transfer has been completed.

 

SELL YOUR TICKETS


  1. Select "Manage My Tickets".
  2. Select the appropriate game.
  3. Select "Sell on NHL Ticket Exchange".
  4. Choose the seats you want to sell.
  5. The tickets you’ve selected are now stored in your queue in the upper right. You can now select additional games or seats or continue the process of posting your tickets for sale.
  6. You will be given the option to set your selling price, price controls, and expiration date.
Your tickets are now for sale on the NHL Ticket Exchange. And when someone buys them, you get automatic account credit or direct deposit into your bank account, worry free!
